Nestled at 9288 State Hwy 121 #400, Frisco, TX 75035, this charming restaurant has quickly become a go-to destination for locals and visitors seeking authentic and delicious Thai cuisine.

At Noodle Wave Frisco, attention to detail shines through the delightful array of dishes offered on their menu. A highlight includes the Lunch Thai Coconut Curry, a rich, homemade red curry bursting with vegetables and your choice of chicken, beef, or tofu—all for just $10.95. For those craving something sweeter, the Panang Curry and Yellow Curry promise a taste of heaven with their unique blends and perfectly balanced flavors. Each curry is crafted with fresh ingredients to ensure every bite is a celebration of taste.

One thrilled diner, Brenda B., shared how the host went out of his way to provide a complimentary Thai coffee when they found it sold out, showcasing the genuine hospitality of the staff. Such moments transform ordinary dining into unforgettable experiences.

While most reviews celebrate the flavor and friendliness of the staff, some diners, like Shirley S., mentioned inconsistency in the dishes. However, the uniqueness of options such as the spicy Vietnamese soup keeps patrons returning, excited for what’s next. It’s this blend of flavor and occasional unpredictability that adds character to Noodle Wave Frisco.

The restaurant also appeals to diverse palates by offering a generous range of vegetarian and vegan options, making it an inclusive spot for everyone. Ravi C. remarked on the greatness of crispy spring rolls and herbal chicken fried rice, emphasizing the solid improvements in food quality and flavor over time, which is always reassuring for a repeat customer.

We were looking for a good Thai Coffee and we were recommended by Varchith with Dream Tacos (this will be another review, another time ) to get our coffees there. We drove over and the host said they had sold out. We left and thought, "This is just not going to be the night we get our coffee." We were back in the car planning our next stop, when the host knocked on the driver's-side window. He handed us one Thai Coffee and said, "I went back and we had enough for one coffee so here it is." And he gave this delicious cup of blessing to us on-the-house. WOW. What unbelievable customer service and delicious coffee! Noodle Wave, we see you and your staff! We WILL be back!!

One of my favorite places to get curry is this place. Their curry is incredibly flavorful, and all their dishes are equally delicious. The staff there is incredibly sweet and attentive, making you feel very welcome.

I feel like Noodle Wave has ups and downs. I've been here more than 5 times at least since it's close to work and sometimes I was really happy with food and service but there were also times when I felt the food was bland and service was extremely slow. I always get the Vietnamese soup here. It's got Thai chili in here so it has good hint of spice. It's a unique dish that you can only get at Noodle Wave. Again, the last time I went, the soup was a bit bland but the visit before that, I was very happy with the flavor so I never know what to expect, lol. I'm pretty sure I'll keep going here but hopefully they will be more consistent with their dishes and service.

Was looking for a thai place for family visiting us from out of country. We decided to dine in instead of our usual take out. Ordered veg Spring rolls, herbal chicken fried rice, pad ke mow for kids, roti curry Spring rolls were crispy and tasted great. Fried rice and noodles were delicious as well. Looks like food has definitely improved here

Delicious food. We did a carryout for lunch and their soup was unbelievable! They have plenty of vegetarian options but I didn't check for vegan options. They are located on Preston road and it's easy to get to the place from the road. I wanted to give 5 stars but we requested for no mushrooms in all food and all the food we ordered had mushrooms in them. When we placed the order, they confirmed they could do without mushrooms. That was just a bummer. This place is a definite try at least.

Went here for my stepdads birthday and had an enjoyable time, the food was reasonably priced and the portions were filling. The menu took a little bit of getting used to due to not having many photos but that's what Googles for. The staff was kind enough to help explain if we had any questions or if we wanted to adjust the heat on spicy dishes. Honestly I would come back, especially since I'm not living in an area a lot closer than my last.
